The word bigos means "big mess" in Polish, and presumably refers to the fact that this stew contains a little bit of everything. The wonderful Polish immigrants that have worked in our kitchen for decades have brought this item to our menu and into your hearts. Our hearty hunter’s stew contains kielbasa, roast pork, sauerkraut, and onions perfectly simmered to heavenly perfection.
